2. Regional Products of Monthly and Seasonal Prediction
The prediction products of monthly temperature and precipitation and seasonal precipitation are issused based on interpretation of GPC Beijing's products. The Optimal Subset Regression (OSR) technique is used in the interpretation with outputs of BCC's models and observations to generate the downscaling forecasts during the training period from 1983 to latest year. The anomaly correlation coefficient is the skill score measurement for seasonal downscaling forecast.
